An exquisite Añejo offering from Mijenta, produced from 100% blue weber agave this Tequila is treated to a minimum of 18 months in barrels before bottling. Not just one kind of barrel either. In fact, four different wood varieties are used – American white oak, French oak, French acacia casks, and cherry barrels.
The time in cask has added mellow layers of caramel, vanilla, and buttery oak to the herbaceous cooked agave, and nuttiness at its core.
