Marcassin is an original recipe created by Vedrenne, associating the sweetness of Blackcurrant with the strength of grape marc brandy, inspired by the traditional Bourguignon digestive Mêlé'Cass. The marc is distilled in stills and aged in oak barrels and our crème de cassis is made from the best varieties of fruit, including black Burgundy. Delicious!
