A brill bourbon from Bowsaw! This expression brings together three types of grains - 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley. The result is an excellently creamy whiskey packed full of vanilla and honey notes. Plus, handsome bottle on this one too. Always a treat.
Nose: Toasted oak stave, fresh vanilla and a hint of toffee.
Palate: Crumbly fudge, black pepper, liquorice and lemon.
Finish: Biscuity, with caramel and more vanilla
